Apparel Links handles personal data only to operate this trade portal — invitations, sample inquiries, and account management. We do not sell buyer information to third parties.

What we collect

Identity: name, work email, company, and role you provide during invitation or sign-in.
Activity: pages you visit while signed in, samples you favourite or inquire about.
Technical: a hashed IP and country code for security analytics (the raw IP is never stored).

How we use it

To deliver the magic-link sign-in flow and keep your inquiry list synced across visits.
To send the fortnightly digest only if you have opted in.
To improve internal reporting on which samples buyers respond to.

Your rights

Write to mall.rd@apparellinks.net to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. We respond within ten business days.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie — the Auth.js session token. We do not run analytics or marketing scripts.
